Thrive Hub, powered by Good Grid, establishes a one-stop shop for better case management, application assistance, and resources and referrals to help you better serve your clients and patients holistically. Since 2010, SC Thrive has served more than 417,000 South Carolina household members and completed over 372,000 applications.
