SC Thrive's Contact Center took it's 1st call on July 1, 2013. Since then, the Contact Center has continued to grow and improve its efficiency and quality of assistance. Our diverse call team of Contact Center agents helps to fulfill our mission by taking hundreds of benefit assistance calls daily. The SC Thrive Contact Center agents are always willing to listen and understand our Clients' needs. Our agents are positive, friendly and energetic, while offering reliable and timely first call resolution. We deliver impactful service to South Carolinians by providing access to programs and resources.
