Anyone. Anywhere.

A mental health crisis can affect Anyone. Anywhere.

Anyone has the potential to experience a mental health problem or crisis. Your co-worker. Your friend. Your nephew. Your neighbor. More than 1 in 5 people experience at least 1 panic attack in their lifetime and approximately 30 million people in the US are affected by an eating disorder in any given year. With Mental Health First Aid, anyone can learn to intervene and help a person identify resources for support. Encourage your community members to learn signs and symptoms of mental illness problems before it becomes a crisis!

Mental Health problems, similar to physical crises, can happen anywhere. A crisis does not discriminate based on where you are. It does not matter if you are in an important meeting or moving into your first college dorm. Mental health problems do not always strike when we are conveniently in our doctor’s office. We all have a background full of experiences that follow us everywhere we go. So let us band together, learn how to build up our community resources and help those who may not know help is available to them!

Do you want to be able to help Anyone. Anywhere.? Mental Health First Aid Training gives you the knowledge and the tools to help someone in a mental health crisis situation.
