Stephanie McGuire
Stephanie McGuire is the Chief Development Officer for SC Thrive. She is a compassionate business leader who has over 20 years’ experience building and developing strategic partnerships in the corporate and nonprofit sector. Stephanie currently leads the statewide marketing, training, and grants efforts for SC Thrive, focusing on SNAP, Medicaid, and Medicare Savings Programs; and has helped secure over 10 million dollars in grants and public and private funding over the course of her career at SC Thrive. Stephanie is a Senior Fellow with the Waccamaw American Leadership Forum, an internationally certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Horry County Community Advisory Council Member for the Knight Foundation, Board Member of the South Carolina Free Medical Clinic Association, and one of the co-founders of The Horry County Community Collaborative (HC3) – a county coalition developed to bring non-profits together to improve the health and quality of life for Horry County residents. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio and resides in Myrtle Beach with her husband and 3 children.
