Abby Blakely

A 2-year AmeriCorps alumna and a 6-year AmeriCorps program staffer, Abby’s career has centered on recruiting and managing volunteers and national service members. As the Senior Manager of Capacity Building at United Way of Greenville County, she supports individuals and organizations doing critical work for our most vulnerable neighbors. Abby is passionate about developing others, especially coaching them in their pursuit of personal and professional goals. Abby holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Erskine College and has been lauded for her ability to cultivate and engage diverse teams. When she’s not “helping people help people”, you might find Abby herding a group of middle school cyclists as a Momentum Bike Club mentor or hanging out with her kittens, Aurora and Bandit.
